This confidential Meeting Intelligence Diagnostic takes around ten minutes to complete. You'll be asked to reflect on your experience of meetings — how they're prepared, how people participate, the quality of thinking they generate, and how well decisions get made and followed through.

There are no right answers. The value is in honest reflection.
